
Matcha Mochi
Ingredients :
- 3 tsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Matcha
- 280 gr glutinous rice flour
- 400 ml milk
- 50 gr cornstarch, toasted
How to Make :
- Heat the milk
- Add glutinous rice flour and matcha, stir until it’s a smooth dough. Then lift the dough.
- Sprinkled with cornstarch then form the dough till it shaped.
- Shape the mochi mixture into small balls according to your taste. Your mochi can be served.
