Our Amazing Recipe

There are plenty of ways on how you can use our peanut butter powder! You can add water or milk of your choice and mix them well into a spread. In its powder form you can use it for baking, blending and mixing. This opens up so many different ways for you to add delicious natural peanut flavour and healthy plant based protein into all your meals.

Matcha Mochi

Ingredients : 

  • 3 tsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Matcha
  • 280 gr glutinous rice flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 50 gr cornstarch, toasted

How to Make : 

  1. Heat the milk
  2. Add glutinous rice flour and matcha, stir until it’s a smooth dough. Then lift the dough.
  3. Sprinkled with cornstarch then form the dough till it shaped.
  4. Shape the mochi mixture into small balls according to your taste. Your mochi can be served.

Hazelnut Frappuccino

Ingredients : 

  • 3 tsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Hazelnut
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 ½ tsp coffee powder
  • Ice

How to Make : 

  1. Pour 3 tsp Lean Lab: Hazelnut, coffee powder, milk, and ice cubes into a blender then blend it till it mixed.
  2. Your Hazelnut Frappuccino is ready to serve. 

Peanut Butter Smoothie 

Ingredients : 

  • 125 gr Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Original
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 480 ml milk
  • Ice cubes 

How to Make : 

  1. Cut the banana into several pieces.
  2. Put the Lean Lab: Original, banana, milk, honey and ice cubes into a blender and blend until it’s smooth for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Your smoothie is ready to serve.

Speculoos Oatmeal 

Ingredients : 

  • 2 tsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter:  Speculoos 
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal 
  • 1 cup lowfat white milk 

How to Make : 

  1. Heat oatmeal and lowfat milk then stir. 
  2. Add Lean Lab: Speculoos then stir for 3-5 minutes. 
  3. Your oatmeal is ready to serve.

Piscok

Ingredients : 

  • Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter:  Chocolate
  • 5 kepok bananas
  • Cooking oil
  • 10 pcs of dumpling skin

How to Make : 

  1. Peel the banana from the skin, then split the banana into two parts.
  2. Take one sheet of dumpling skin, put banana inside it then spread the Lean Lab: Chocolate. Next, roll it up and stick it together using a little water.
  3. Fry the bananas in medium hot oil.
  4. Lift and drain the oil.
  5. Enjoy your piscok!

Matcha PB Overnight Oats

Ingredients : 

  • 2 tsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Matcha
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • Rolled oats
  • Chia seeds
  • Milk
  • Yoghurt
  • Granola

How to Make : 

  1. Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, Lean Lab Matcha PB, and coconut sugar.
  2. Add milk and stir well.
  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon of yogurt.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Transfer to a container, add Lean Lab Matcha peanut powder, granola topping, and speculoos spread according to your preference.
  6. Your Matcha PB Overnight Oats are ready to be enjoyed.

PB Hazelnut Milkshake

Ingredients :

  • 2 tsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Hazelnut
  • 200-250 ml chocolate milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream and wafer roll for topping

How to Make :

  1. Put ice, Lean Lab PB Hazelnut, and chocolate milk into a blender.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container.
  3. Add whipped cream and wafers as toppings for the drink.
  4. Your PB Hazelnut milkshake is ready to be enjoyed!

Peanut Butter Miso Ramen

Ramen Soup Ingredients :

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Original
  • 200 ml stock water
  • 200 ml soy milk

Complementary :

  • Regular ramen/noodles that have been boiled
  • Boiled pokchoy
  • Egg
  • Sei cow

How to Make :

  1. Chop the spring onions and mince the garlic.
  2. Saute the base of the spring onion and chopped garlic until fragrant. Add miso paste, soy sauce, chili oil, and Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Original. Stir again.
  3. Add broth and soy milk. Cook until it boils.
  4. Prepare a bowl of noodles or ramen. Pour in the ramen sauce. Add your friends’ favorite toppings.

Banana Oat Pancake

Ingredients : 

  • Banana
  • Oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • Granola
  • Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Speculoos

How to Make : 

  1. Pour the banana, oat flour, and an egg into a bowl then mix it
  2. Fried the batter 
  3. Put the Lean Lab’s Peanut Butter: Speculoos spread on the pancake 
  4. Add some granola for the toppings

Choco Muffin

Ingredients: 

  • Wet dough
  • 125ml UHT milk
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • A little vanilla
  • Dry dough:
  • Medium pro flour 1 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Lean Lab Peanut Butter: Chocolate 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee, any brand

How to Make : 

  1. Make the wet dough by mixing the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla
  2. Make the dry dough by mixing the flour, sugar, Lean Lab Peanut Butter: Chocolate, baking powder, and instant coffee
  3. Mix the wet dough and dry dough
  4. Bake in the oven in 170 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. You can taste your muffin!
